📦 Important: Parcel Opening Video (For Your Protection)

To make sure we can resolve any issue quickly and fairly, we kindly request you to record a video while opening your parcel.

  • The video should show the sealed package being opened
  • It must be one continuous (uninterrupted) video
  • Edited or cut videos cannot be accepted

📌 This helps us verify if any issue occurred during delivery.

⚠️ Since toys can sometimes stop working if not handled properly (even once), this video acts as the best and only proof in case of:

  • Damaged items
  • Missing items
  • Faulty products

We appreciate your understanding, it helps us serve you better and faster.


✅ Eligibility for Returns

We’re happy to accept returns if:

  • The item is unused
  • It is in the same condition as delivered
  • It is in its original box-packed packaging

🚫 Items Not Eligible for Return

Some items are not eligible for return due to their delicate nature:

  • Bubble liquids
  • Swimming pools
  • Tents
  • Helicopters & drones
  • Inflatable items

These products can be easily affected by handling or usage, so we’re unable to accept returns on them.

To process your request, please share:

  • Your order number or
  • A receipt / proof of purchase

🔄 Returns & Exchanges Process

  • Please contact us first before sending any item back
  • Once we guide you, you can ship the product to us

After receiving and inspecting your item:

  • We will update you via Email, WhatsApp, or Phone
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 working days

Refunds are issued via:

  • Bank transfer
  • JazzCash or similar methods

⏳ Delayed Refunds

If your refund hasn’t arrived yet:

  1. Recheck your account
  2. Contact your bank (processing delays may happen)
